Opening Doors was present at the recent Performing Arts Festival 2017.
Charlotte Stafrace & Andrea Grancini from Opening Doors contributed to the festival through a presentation about the opportunities we give people with
intellectual disabilities through the arts, and the rewards of working in the field.
We invited the students to look at the short story of Opening Doors, and encouraged them to be part of our story in terms of volunteering in any of the fields we offer tuition in : music/theatre/ dance.
The activity aided in further reaching the aims of this festival – specifically those of promoting the arts and provoking discussion.
