Rosetta co-ordinated several musical projects including the Caravaggio concerts at Caraffa Wharf, Vittoriosa. She has been vocal coach and/or music director for several locally-produced musicals including Side by Side by Sondheim, Company, Honk, Oliver and Chicago. She initiated the project, Minigig, bringing live music to towns and villages on the island and was the Arts Education Consultant for Teatru Manoel between 2011 and 2018 where she launched and ran Teatru Manoel’s Toi Toi educational programme.
She initiated several programmes and inspired numerous performers to create pieces that were successfully produced and performed. Over the years, she instigated numerous projects within Resource Centres and residential homes. She was a founding member of CATs, the Creative Arts Therapy Society and had initiated the first Music Therapy Programme at the Eden Foundation. She was also at the helm of a Valetta 2018 educational programme Sounds Out Loud and ONE VOICE as part of the Joseph Calleja BOV program, reaching out to several communities. She was associate director for an opera in Kuwait during 2018/19 and has recently taken on the role of Artistic Director at Teatru Salesjan while continuing to work on special projects at the Malta School of Music.
